Wealth Manager is looking for a number of private client advisers to help market to clients strategic planning on a global basis, combined with their investment management approach with an aim to become the clients go to trusted private client adviser.
Our clients approach is to work with and develop client relationships with HNW & UHNW individuals. Get to know the individuals to understand their goals and work collaboratively to achieve them. Focusing on wealth preservation with the approach to investment management, considering all investments, currency, pensions and saving vehicles to maximise opportunities, mitigate risk and be tax efficient.
Duties & Responsibilities
Development of long term relationships with new clients, with a view of providing strategic wealth planning over their lifetimes
Work towards a trusted adviser status with clients, sitting at the heart of clients’ financial affairs, managing the relationship with advisers; including trustees, custodians, lawyers and accountants.
Our wealth manager client believe in being a specialist rather than generalist; offering a personalised service to a small number of clients, understanding their needs forensically.
You must have the ability to build a network of introducers (intermediaries) in your specialism helping you to build the number of clients and assets under management.
Develop a business plan with the business to help ensure there is a structure to your approach and the appropriate resources and support are utilised.
Effectively communicate with all colleagues to ensure a more proactive approach to deliver the client objectives.
Maintain your knowledge of the industry, market and technical developments to ensure continued ability to maintain trusted adviser status with clients.
Ensure regulatory obligations are maintained, and continuously focus on self-development.

Experience, skills & knowledge
Experienced in dealing with specialist high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.
Success at building a high quality client bank with specialist clients and high levels of assets under management.
Demonstrable development of individual and professional network resulting the introductions of clients.
Ability to work both individually and collectively.
Great oral, written and numerical ability, enabling the explanation of complex information in simple and clear ways that are centric to the client needs.
Demonstrating relevant knowledge of the industry, markets and technical expertise delivering appropriate strategic advice
Level 4 qualified ideally working towards Chartered status.
