Our client is a leading global forex broker offering clients around the world access to global financial markets. Currently, looking for an experienced head of sales for their London office.
Main duties & responsibilities
- Focus on business development of retail clients
- Coverage UK & EU clients initially then move into other regions
- Generate an effective client on-boarding strategy with management
- Work closely with Head Office and Hong Kong office.
- Help in the recruitment process of new sales people as the number of clients increase and report to you
- Set budgets for sales & marketing expenditure
- Product coverage FX pairs, Indices, Commodities, CFDs, etc.
Skills required
- Ideally you will have a transportable client base
- Sales background and network of knowing how to build a Retail offering and onboard clients
- FX & CFD Brokerage experience
- Mandarin speaker preferred but also will look at other European languages
- You will already be in a position as Head of Sales or someone looking to take the next step up
- Good IT skills & knowledge of MetaTrader and OneZero aggregator
- Leadership skills to motivate a team and set right example and culture
- Good understanding of FCA and EU regulations
