We are looking to hire an experienced Compliance Recruitment Consultant to build a new desk as part of our expansion plans for 2019 for our Canary Wharf office. Required
Suitable applicants must have 2-5 years or more Compliance recruitment experience and be passionate about recruitment.
Proven track record in compliance recruitment developing new and existing clients, driven to win business and demonstrate good billing figures.
Ideally you will have worked on a Compliance contract desk but will look at applicants from perm desks
You must have a pro-active attitude with the ability to hit the ground running and have the key qualities needed to be an effective compliance recruitment consultant (with a view to head this section up once established).
Ability to work in a small team, good cultural fit, strong communication skills with a can do attitude
You will have a strong Compliance understanding / expertise in the Compliance markets
Not afraid of getting on the phones and winning business.

In return, we will be offering a very attractive basic salary between £40,000 to £70,000 with uncapped commission depending on your track record, portability of client base and how quickly you can hit the ground running.
