We are looking to hire an experienced Quants & Risk Recruitment Consultant - Quants & Risk Specialist to build a new desk as part of our expansion plans for 2021 for our Canary Wharf office. So, if you have the network /experience to set up a successful Quants & Risk recruitment desk we can offer you a long term career path at the firm. In return, we will be offering a basic salary with uncapped commission depending on your track record, potential portability of client base and how quickly you can hit the ground running.
Ideally suitable applicants must have 2-5 years Quants & Risk recruitment experience and be passionate about recruitment.
Proven track record in Quants & Risk recruitment developing new and existing clients, driven to win business and demonstrate good billing figures.
You must have a pro-active attitude with the ability to hit the ground running and have the key qualities needed to be an effective Quants & Risk recruitment consultant (with a view to head this section up once established).
Ability to work in a small team, good cultural fit, strong communication skills with a can do attitude
You will have a strong Quants & Risk understanding / expertise in the Quants & Risk markets
Not afraid of getting on the phones and winning business.
