We are currently looking to recruit a number of people for our London office. Smart people who will be 360 recruiters and think outside the box. We are looking to establish a new middle and back office recruitment desk at City Wharf Recruitment to complement our existing front office desk which focuses mainly on trading, sales and research roles within the global financial markets and we have been established since 2004. Our aim is to hire recruitment entrepreneurs who have a few years’ recruitment experience and want to take their career to the next level without being restricted on what you can earn in commission earnings and business development within your sector.
We are not looking for clock watchers but hunter sales people who have a can do attitude and driven to earn as much as they can for themselves and the company through hard work and closing deals. The primary purpose of this new middle and back office recruitment desk will be to establish and develop a continuous flow of contract and temp roles (settlements, trade support, Risk and control, reconciliation and so on) via client business development This will be alongside a secondary permanent desk within middle and back office.
