Our client is a leading London based clearing institution that is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Director who can create relationships and sell our clients services to prospects such as Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Financial Institutions, Banks in order to create a regional profitable market position helping to deliver clearing and clearing related services in new and existing markets. This role will report directly to the Global Director of Prime.

Knowledge of the dynamics and characteristics of the regional financial markets, the key players and the trade products & services
Knowledge of clearing processes of all financial assets classes (i.e. Derivatives, Securities, Fixed Income)
Financial services knowledge – ideally including Direct Market Access and / or Clearing
Network management experience
Knowledge of business economics, and commerce at a Masters’ level or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills

Professionalism, both personally and the ability to encourage professionalism of the team
Strong communication skills
