Perhaps they have excelled at firms who share a similar working outlook, or it may be that their application details their personality, which appears to blend well with what your firm is looking to achieve.


Of course, if you are not happy with the current work culture, it is best to change it and one way you can do this is through your recruitment policy. It would be wrong to expect the employment of one professional to change your work culture but through a sustained and deliberate employment policy, you may be able to reshape the working environment in your workplace.

When employees are happy, it is likely they will achieve more and be more productive. This is the outcome that your firm wants to achieve, so make sure you take steps to create the right company culture.
